Collect 3 or more stamps by visiting spots where you can experience basketball in Noshiro City!
Shop, eat, and stay overnight in Noshiro City, and bring the stamps and receipts you collected to the Noshiro Tourism Association (open from 9:00 to 17:00 inside JR Noshiro Station). Stand a chance to win a pin badge with an original design!
