「休暇村志賀島」の敷地内に所在。「しかのしま資料館」を前身として、令和5(2023)年にリニューアル。金印の模型などの考古資料をはじめとして、志賀島の歴史、自然、生き物を紹介する、自然体験学習の場として活用されています。リニューアル後は、新たにデジタルサイネージなどのデジタル技術を活用し、玄海国定公園と志賀島地域の魅力を情報発信しています。島の木の実などを使ってものづくりを体験できるワークスペースも。

Located within the grounds of the Kyukamura Shikanoshima accommodation, the center was updated in 2023, evolving from its predecessor, the Shikanoshima Resource Museum. Featuring archaeological materials on display—including a model of the King of Na gold seal—as well as exhibits on Shikanoshima’s history, nature, and wildlife, it serves as a venue for hands-on environmental learning. Since the renovation, the center has adopted digital technology such as digital signage to share the appeal of Genkai Quasi-National Park and the wider Shikanoshima area. There is also a workshop space where visitors can try making crafts using nuts and other natural materials found on the island.
